Optima shortlisted for outstanding commitment

Each year the National Centre for Languages (CILT) runs the Business Language Champions Awards in recognition of the many and varied organisations and individuals from business supporting languages in schools. The categories are for outstanding commitment and innovation as well as an individual BLC ambassador award.

Optima Training has been shortlisted by the assessment panel for judging in the Outstanding Commitment Award. This is for businesses that can demonstrate a minimum of two years’ commitment to working with schools supporting language learning. The winners last year were HSBC Bank.

Winners will receive their Award at the European Language Label Awards Event on Monday 4 July 2011 at the the new European Commission office in central London.

We will know if we have been successful for a BLC Award during the week commencing Monday 14 March, so keep your fingers crossed.
