Team Optima raises funds for Beaumond House Community Hospice

Team Optima celebrate finishing their Rainbow Run for Beaumond House.
We are delighted that Team Optima successfully completed the Beaumond House Community Hospice Rainbow Run on 17th June. The team consisted of Rea, Jo and Caitlin, who all had a great time.
The Rainbow Run is a 5k fun run with a colourful twist! As runners follow the route, they pass through a number of stations along the way. Each station produces a cloud of “environmentally friendly” powdered paint. Runners wear sunglasses to protect their eyes.
Caitlin, the youngest member of the team, said that the paint stations were her favourite part of the run. The paint fight at the end of the run was also a highlight. One that she really enjoyed getting involved in!
As well as being lots of fun, the Rainbow Run was to raise money for Beaumond House and Team Optima were able to contribute a total of £165.
We’d love to raise more money for this important Community Hospice. You can help by visiting Jo’s JustGiving page to make a donation.
