Your FAQs

Getting the right coach is a big decision. Selecting the right training partner is even bigger. There is a lot to think about. We try to make it easier by answering some frequently asked questions (FAQs).

Why don’t you just list your training courses?

We don’t really have any off-the-shelf courses to list. We provide bespoke training, which means we design and develop each programme specially for you. There are certain topics that have come up many times over the years, but we have never yet delivered the same programme to more than one customer.

Is bespoke training expensive?

Some people might think so. However, we have found that we are not only very competitive when it comes to pricing, but we offer exceptional value. The biggest investment is actually your time. We spend time with you up front shaping the programme. But the pay-off is that your organisation gets something that is specific and delivers real impact. Check out our training page if you haven’t already.

What does your training cost?

We don’t list our prices on the website. Not because we think we are expensive, but because we know we are not. We don’t want our competitors to know what great value we are. We will send you a proposal (or a quote) that gives you a full break down of our fees for any programme. That breakdown includes our hourly rate, so that programmes can be flexed and changed as the needs of the organisation develop. That ensures our programmes can evolve with you, with no impact on the budget.

How does coaching work?

We can provide one-to-one coaching or group coaching. It can be done face-to-face or online. Coaching is about creating a safe space to allow you to explore specific challenges or work towards particular goals. These conversations are treated as confidential. We start with an introductory conversation, agreeing what coaching will cover and making sure that there is a good working relationship between you and your coach. If you haven’t already, check out our coaching page.

How do I get in touch with you?

The best way to reach us is to leave your contact details on our Let’s Talk page and we will give you a call.

How quickly will you respond if I leave you my number?

We will always call you back within one working day. If possible, it will be the same day or at a time that you specify on the Let’s Talk contact form.

Why do I have to talk to you?

Coaching, training and facilitation all rely on having a good relationship and we think that the best way to build a strong foundation on which to work with each other is by getting a good understanding of you and your organisation as early as possible in the process. We believe that the best way to do that is to have a conversation.

Why can’t I just leave you an email?

Once we have established the start of a good working relationship then of course we can exchange emails. But we don’t want you to think that we are collecting emails just so that we can pester you with endless promotional emails and spam.

How can I review your services?

We would love it if you would share good things about your experience of working with us. The best way to do that is to write a positive review on Google or give us a referral on LinkedIn. We have a compliments and complaints page that tells you how best to give us your feedback (good or bad).

What if your FAQs don’t answer my question?

Some questions cannot be answered easily. Some need a conversation. But we also want to be as helpful as possible here, so that when we do speak we can focus on what’s really important. If there is a question you have that we haven’t answered, let us know using the Let’s Talk contact form.
