Our Work

Our work is based on real conversations that deliver real impact and change. We focus on one thing: helping people work better together.

Through coaching, training and facilitation, we partner with organisations to create clarity, confidence and capability. Helping leaders and teams strengthen communication, develop skills and create momentum for lasting change.

Working in banking, construction, education, manufacturing and across international teams, our projects are built on trust, challenge and collaboration. Training and development shouldn’t be something people sit through. It should shift how they think, lead and work together. Programmes that people own, not just attend.

Examples of our work

Below you will find some examples of the work we do, the challenges we help solve and the results our clients achieve.

    Growing leadership that sticks

    Fine Lady Bakeries

Fine Lady Bakeries wanted to strengthen leadership and communication across their business. After the success of the original Seeds for Change programme, we returned to co-create Version 2 – focused on building stronger relationships, consistent management habits and a sustainable feedback culture.

Working with the extended management team, we co-designed a leadership framework – created by them, not imposed on them – using Clarity4D to strengthen self-awareness and collaboration. We revisited tools such as SMART objectives, planning and feedback through practical, peer-led workshops supported by group and 1-1 coaching.

    Impact/what changed

    • A growing feedback culture where people ask for and offer feedback more openly
    • Greater openness and collaboration across teams and sites
    • Visible behavioural change in key managers and teams
    • Teams defining their own charters and ways of working
    • New processes and meeting habits reflecting shared ownership and accountability

Seeds for Change P2 has become part of how Fine Lady develops its managers – not a one-off event, but a living framework they continue to evolve themselves.

    Building confident, connected leaders

    Van Elle PLC

Van Elle set out to strengthen leadership capability across its business, developing confident, connected managers able to lead through growth and change. Together, we designed a leadership journey that went beyond knowledge transfer to embed learning, confidence and connection.

Each cohort experiences a blend of leadership workshops, Action Learning Sets, mini mentoring sessions and 1-1 coaching – all built around the DISC model to deepen awareness and relationships.

    Impact/what changed

    • Participants report greater confidence, self-awareness and stronger cross-functional relationships.
    • Promotions into senior roles from Cohort 1 show tangible business impact.
    • Leaders are embedding feedback, coaching and reflection into everyday management.
    • Participants describe the programme as “empowering, formative and engaging.”
    • The safe, collaborative environment created has encouraged openness, challenge and personal growth.

The programme continues to evolve with Van Elle, shaping a shared language of leadership and a culture where learning, feedback and self-reflection are part of how people work.

    Connections across borders

    International work

Working across cultures, time zones and screens can make trust and clarity hard to sustain. We partner with international clients in banking, pharma and technology to help leaders and teams communicate, collaborate and build trust across borders.

Recent projects include large-scale online communication workshops (200+ participants) and face-to-face leadership forums exploring feedback, trust and distributed leadership. Using Action Learning, coaching and practical frameworks, we turn values into everyday behaviours.

    Impact/what changed

    •  Teams report higher levels of trust and psychological safety, with more open dialogue across borders.
    • Leaders are modelling inclusive communication, ensuring hybrid and international meetings are more engaging and effective.
    • Participants describe increased confidence to ask better questions, give feedback and challenge constructively.
    • Organisations are now embedding shared behavioural anchors, translating values into everyday practices

Our international programmes continue to evolve around one central principle – connection. Whether online or in-person, the goal is the same: to help leaders and teams build cultures that feel human, connected and accountable, wherever they are in the world.
