Happy Holiday 2023
Well, it’s the time of year again when we say… have a Happy Holiday. 2023 is nearly done, and what a busy year it’s been. That might be why it seemed to fly by. It has been an eventful twelve months.
Optima Training turned twenty this year. We are very proud of that achievement, as some of those years have not been easy – for anyone. So, we would like to once again say thank you to everyone who was part of that journey.
This year, we finished delivering a change programme that saw us working with around 300 people over two sites and spanning three levels of leadership and management. The programme ran for two years, and we got quite invested in both the organisation and the people who work there. It is always a rewarding experience when you see teams take what they have learnt and use it to deliver a real impact on their organisation.
We also started a number of new programmes and projects this year that we are very excited about. Some that are new clients and some that will be with familiar faces. We are really looking forward to working on those next year.
But before then, we need to take some time to recharge and focus on doing family stuff for a while. There may well be some work talk, and we might even have some ideas for new Training activities. Other than that, we will be working hard to relax.
Closing dates for the holiday season
We will be closing for the holidays on Friday 22 December, and we will be back on Thursday 4 January 2024.
