Growing the team at Optima Training
We are delighted to announce that Rachel Bellamy has joined the Optima Training team. Rachel joined us at the end of 2015 and now works with us as Office Administrator. She is responsible for supporting the coaching and training team with basic administration and is a very welcome addition to our growing organisation.
Rachel has a strong interest in business and studied up to AAT level 3 at Newark College. She is highly motivated, organised and full of creative ideas.
Rachel has already made a big impact on the team by ensuring that our Education Director, Jo Small, takes more of a step back from work (taking the advice that she has given to many business owners of “working on the business not in it!”). She is also taking on a role in developing new training content, which gives us a fresh pair of eyes and some new ideas.
We are looking forward to working with her in 2016 and beyond.
