Third Optima Grove Language Project launched
Optima launched the third Grove Language Project on 26th September and are delighted to announce that, this year, we are being supported by the Newark-on-Trent Twinning Association.
Sixty pupils from The Grove School will take part in the challenge to ‘sell’ the importance of learning a foreign language to a panel of judges consisting of local business people. The presentations will be made on Friday 4th November at Newark Beacon Innovation Centre.
The panel of judges that have volunteered their time to support this year’s Optima Grove Language Project include:
- James Fountain, Chairman of Newark Business Club
- Suzannah Hutton, Business Language Champions
- Rita Crowe, Chairman of Newark-on-Trent Twinning Association.
We have been overwhelmed with positive responses from the local business community, who will take part in surveys and support the teams with their research as they prepare their presentations.
