Recognising that getting all of your teams to participate in learning at the same time may be a challenge, we also offer asynchronous learning i.e. webinars tailored to your workplace and made accessible to others at a later date. It is a great way of making training available to people without necessarily impacting on work – allowing you to engage with the content when you are most likely to absorb the information.
Bespoke eLearning will work when you need to deploy content to an audience that is in different locations or that cannot engage in sessions at the same time. If you have a Learner Management System you can also use eLearning to track progress and ensure learners have understood the material using interactive content.
